JANSEN MINE FREEZE PLANT SUPPLY & INSTALLATION – LEROY, SK
In the spring of 2011, TESC Contracting Saskatchewan mobilized to a greenfield potash mine site located in Leroy, Saskatchewan. The project included the complete supply and installation of a pre-engineered freeze plant building, engineering and procurement, pre-operational checks, and quality control and assurance.
Primarily electrical in nature, the freeze plant also encompassed structural work. The project included securing all relevant work permits, site orientations, site trailers, risk analysis for crane operation, rigging/hoisting of frames, bracing, purlins, girts, roof purlins and miscellaneous steel. Additional works included the installation of exterior wall cladding, roof panels, flashing, soffits, insulation, vapour barrier, interior liner, ventilator, louvers, doors with door frames and all interior finishes, site cleanup and demobilization.
