Stephanie Rondina’s philosophy on HR is progressive and proactive. For over a decade, she has served as a central resource at the helm of this 300+ person organization. Her career experience runs deep in the world of construction, creating a foundation of expertise and trusting relationships. Her recruiting, onboarding, and programs and policies development support TESC’s mission of being the employer of choice. She genuinely cares for those around her and enjoys leading them to success. When off duty, Stephanie loves to spend her time with family and friends at camp, cultivating her green thumb in the garden, casting a line while fishing, and taking leisurely strolls with her furry companion. Stephanie also has a great appreciation for live music, and often found attending concerts and events in the local community.
