Civil
The TESC civil team is seasoned in the entire construction process. Our in-house expertise allows TESC to effectively plan, integrate, and coordinate with all parties. Clients rely on our breadth and depth of knowledge in handling challenging projects - everything from handling a variety of concrete structures to unknown soil conditions to safely adding a complex structure to the top of a 350-foot headframe.
Structural
The structural team at TESC is recognized in the field for managing technically complex projects with finesse. Our highly experienced Ironworkers are the people you want on the job to handle all phases of steel erection, repair, or modification safely and efficiently. If it’s a challenging structural project, we’ve likely tackled it before: metal installations, oversized bridge structural steel members, installation of large process vessels and ducting, and handling of large equipment utilizing the most advanced rigging procedures.
Electrical
Our professional certified electrical and instrumentation team is experienced and knowledgeable in a wide range of electrical systems and services, from high-voltage switching stations to low voltage controls and PHC’s. We provide solutions and innovations to challenges giving our customers the comfort of knowing that any size electrical project will be completed as promised, safely, on time, and on budget.
Engineered Scaffolding
The TESC Scaffolding Group leverages a versatile, modular system scaffold which is designed for fast and easy erection and dismantling. Our clients appreciate that it can be custom fit to virtually all structures inside and out and that it will reduce on-site exposure to hazards. Equipped with experienced erection crews, TESC has ample inventory of scaffold which is staged in forklift racks to allow for speed of mobilization.
Piping
End-to-end, the full-service piping team at TESC has you covered. The team designs, fabricates, installs, maintains, and repairs process. TESC also handles the installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of water treatment plants, pumping stations, and sewage treatment stations. The TESC team is qualified in HDPE Fusion and FRP piping systems as well as oxygen plant new construction and repairs. We are adept in executing both new projects and plant shutdowns.
Mechanical
Whether the complete installation of new equipment or the relocation, modification, and service of existing facilities, the certified Construction Millwrights & Boilermakers at TESC are reliable experts. Using the latest precision instruments and working to the most demanding tolerances, whether it be vessels and tanks, complex dust collection systems, stacks and scrubbers, or large diameter flues, our team has the breadth of experience to handle a diverse range of projects. We understand that quality of equipment installation is directly related to lifetime maintenance costs. The TESC team is well versed with extreme deadlines as plant production is key to our clientele.
Fabrication
TESC employs speciality fabrication capabilities and works with industry partners to support all your project needs. Our TSSA certified and qualified welders offer a catalogue of weld procedures and an adjustable layout to meet specifications and client requirements. TESC is relied upon to service the industrial sectors with specialized miscellaneous steel and process and power piping systems for carbon steel, stainless steel, and specialty alloys. We ship across Canada.
